Carnival Legend
Among the Carnival Cruise Line ships that make the UK their home during the summer season is the Carnival Legend. This ship set sail on her maiden voyage from the UK and was the first in the fleet to navigate European waters! Despite being over 20 years old and recently undergoing renovations, she continues to hold a special place in the hearts of many passengers.
While some may find her appearance a bit dated, Carnival Legend offers good value for money, especially for groups and families. With Carnival's diverse fleet of 27 ships (and 4 more on the way), there's a cruise experience to suit every taste. Opting for one of the newer ships may be preferable for those seeking a more modern atmosphere.

Kids Get Lost!
Our favourite part of the ship, perched right on the stern is the exclusively adults only area. It features a pool, hot tub, bar, padded loungers and double pods looking over the wake. Its also located right behind the Lido Cafe, to cater to your snacking needs!
Slip and Slide
For the big and small kids amongst us, check out WaterWorks, Carnival's waterpark at sea. Hundreds of feet of spiralling awesomeness that starts you off high in the air and gets you down low with one of the fastest, wettest rides you'll find anywhere!
Best Burger at Sea?
After giving it a go ourselves, we can confirm that the smashed burgers are top-notch! Carnival partnered with Guy Fieri, a renowned author, restaurateur, and Food Network star, to create Guy’s Burger Joint. This poolside eatery offers delicious burgers and freshly cut fries with an authentic roadside diner vibe.

Try a round of mini golf on the open decks - Who doesn't like a game of Mini Golf?! This is one of our favourite parts of Carnival Legend!
